🌿 Sound & Nature Retreat ~ Families with Kids in Spain

Reconnect, play and create together in a magical corner of nature. This retreat invites families to explore the power of sound, stories and the outdoors, offering a balance of creativity, movement and relaxation.

For Whom:
Parents and children (3-12 years old), curious to experience the joy of making music, connecting with nature and sharing mindful, playful moments together.

🔥 Campfire gatherings for stories, reflection and shared experiences

🎨 Storytelling, improvisation and family music-making

Optional: Families can stay in a private room, a caravan or tent (bring warm gear if you choose the outdoors!).

No prior musical experience is required ~ just curiosity, openness, and a sense of adventure. Together, we’ll discover how sound, nature, and creative expression can deepen family bonds, spark imagination and nourish the spirit.

Day 1 Arrival

7 PM Welcoming dinner & opening ceremony

Day 2-5
9 AM Breakfast
10 AM Workshop
1 PM Lunch (cooking together)
3 PM Workshop/Excursion
7 PM Dinner (cooking together)
9 PM Free time

In between there is free space to explore the surroundings, dedicate time to relax, reflect or open up for spontaneous (co-)creations.

Day 6 Departure
9 AM Closing circle, Cleaning up & Checking out before 11 AM

BY WHO?
The retreat is facilitated by holistic voice coach and singer-songwriter Milou Mignon. She brings her decades of experience as a professional singer, theatre maker and songweaver together with her studies in sound healing, ceremonial arts and voice liberation. She has over 2 decades expercience facilitating music and theatre workshops for children af all ages. It takes place in her homebase Land of Enchantment, Galicia Spain.

CONTRIBUTION
For this retreat the expenses of your stay will be incl. vegetarian food excl. drinks & excl. pick up service from the station/airport).

Early bird tickets are visible now, on January 3rd the prices will go up.

You can book extra nights after the retreat. The additional costs are:
Tent/caravan 35€ a night an adult / 25€ a night for a child
Private room 45€ a night a person
